Meet Marianna

Before kids, Marianna was a dentist who loved to cook. When she became pregnant with twins, she decided to put her practice on pause to avoid exposure to radiation to the babies growing in her belly. Little did she know this pause would lead to the most eye-opening transformation when the prospect of feeding her family would take center stage.

With the complete determination to give her children the best start in life, she decided, while still pregnant, to start learning more in-depth about the impact of food and enrolled herself in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and got certified as a health coach. After having her babies born prematurely, she continued her devotion to health and nutrition and deepened her studies by getting certified in gut and hormonal health.

Three years later, during her second pregnancy, Marianna decided to continue learning new skills that would give her a deeper understanding of holistic wellness by getting a certification as a yoga teacher.

After noticing the effects of wholesome food and healthy movement on herself and her children, Marianna made it her mission to help make it easy for parents to do the same for their children, so she started AUÏAMA.

From her devotion to nutrition to her passion for homemade food and her love of yoga, Marianna embodies the adage “practice what you preach.” Her relentless passion for holistic wellness is present in every aspect of her life and infused in every one of her recipes.

Why AUÏAMA?

Because early introduction to nourishing meals cultivate healthy eating patterns for life.
