As you can see in our labels, we use organic and/or grass-fed products as much as possible.
Why frozen?
In addition to being convenient, frozen foods also retain their vitamins and minerals without affecting their carbohydrate, protein or fat content. It’s literally the best way to store nutrient-heavy meals like ours.
Cooking Instructions
How will I receive your soups and broths?
Soups are shipped to you frozen. Thaw by transferring to the fridge overnight.
Stovetop & Microwave Instructions
Stovetop Instructions (Suggested for optimal nutrition benefits)
Pour the contents into a small pot and heat on medium for 8-10 minutes or until the desired temperature is reached.
Microwave Instructions (Times may vary)
Heat for 4-5 minutes. To ensure even heat distribution, stop every 45 seconds to stir.
